SPICY GARLIC SHRIMP
For meal prep I like to have variety and shrimps, fish and veggies provide me with that and they are also the most flavorful- I made these on the barbecue but you could also bake or make them on the stove top- below is how I make these delicious spicy garlic shrimps.
So let’s get started!
What you’ll need:
- Shrimps
- Spices ( garlic, paprika, sea salt, chili peppers, chili powder)
- Olive oil
- lemon
- Bowl
What I did:
- In a bowl I added fresh garlic, paprika, sea salt, chili peppers and chili powder with some olive oil
- Then added my washed shrimps and mixed them all up!
- While the BBQ was heating up ( you could use an oven) I transferred the mixed shrimps to a BBQ safe pan I layed them out evenly on medium for about 5 minutes until they got a nice sear on each side
- Then on low cooked them until ready for about 7 minutes ( when they are almost white that’s the best imo)
- Remove the shrimps and squeeze half a lemon on the shrimps to get the garlic flavor out and to reduce the spiciness
And voila! Bon appetite!
The entire cooking process cook me about 12 minutes – Preparation about 5 minutes ; total time : 17 minutes but can certainly be condensed depending how your ingredients.
